So, Aromatherapy would be like the essence of the plant taking care of our essence.

More and more, people are seeking Aromatherapy as an alternative or complementary treatment for various health issues. In fact, the Brazilian Association of Complementary Medicine credits Aromatherapy as an alternative healing treatment. Thus, essential oils can be great partners in caring for flu, joint pain, cramps, insomnia, stress, depression, and digestive problems.

After defining which oil to use, you need to choose the ways you will begin to experience its benefits: with an air freshener, by applying the oil to your pillow, with massages, foot baths, aromatic baths, among other options.
