Meanwhile, in downward movements, apply GOOD ENERGIES from your neck to your feet. Rinse your body and visualize all negative thoughts and energies going down the drain. You have completed the cleansing and now need to fill your energy field with good vibrations. Now, in upward movements, apply the soap from your feet to your neck, intending and visualizing everything you wish to bring into your life at this moment. You can verbalize all of this to gain even more power! Rinse your entire body and gently pat dry with a towel. Your energy is renewed for whatever comes!
