LEARN HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS AT CONCERTS
The thrill of being at a concert can be indescribable. Seeing your favorite artist in person, meeting other happy fans, and hearing the songs you love live. Each performance is full of emotions, but it's always a very individual experience. That's why we've compiled some tips on how to use essential oils to get the most out of this moment.
Not all venues allow liquid containers, such as essential oil bottles. Therefore, one suggestion is to use them before going to the event. This will also allow time for the oil to be absorbed into the bloodstream and reach the limbic system, responsible for emotions, before the event.
If you have a Roll-on, you can apply it in circular motions to your main pulse points, such as wrists, behind the ears, temples, nape of the neck, and soles of the feet (for faster absorption). The most recommended for pre-event use are: Happy, Energy, and Woman, as they will ensure you have energy to enjoy for hours.
If you have an essential oil, using it in a meditation before the event is a great way to mentally and calmly prepare for the emotions to come. In this case, first, check if it can come into direct contact with the skin. If so, drop 4 to 8 drops into the palm of your hands; otherwise, drop it onto a piece of cloth. Close your eyes, breathe in the aroma deeply, and feel the transformation.
Another option is to drop a few drops of the oil into an electric or ceramic diffuser. This alternative is excellent for those who want to do aromatherapy during daily activities and don't have time to meditate before leaving.
We have selected three essential oil options that you can use before the show:
1. Sweet Orange
Known as the oil of joy, Sweet Orange Essential Oil promotes well-being and stimulates positive thoughts. Being energizing, it will uplift your vibrations and foster your creativity and inspiration. This essence will also help you relieve stress, making it an ally in moments of anxiety, and a good alternative for those with insomnia.
2. Ylang-Ylang
For those looking to boost confidence before going out, Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil will help you alleviate fears. With aphrodisiac properties, it will stimulate your self-love while providing sensuality and a sense of well-being. The enthusiasm this oil will stimulate will help you enjoy every moment of the show in a relaxed and carefree way.
3. Rosemary
With a fresh aroma, Rosemary Essential Oil will stimulate you while combating symptoms like dizziness, headaches, fainting, and exhaustion. Furthermore, it enhances concentration and clarifies thoughts.
On September 2, 3, 7, 9, and 10, we will be at The Town festival, in the Rock World Lounge, with a selection of products specially designed for São Paulo's biggest music festival.
