HOW AND WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ESSENCIAL ORGANICS PRODUCT
- After payment is completed, your product will be sent to the address you indicated in the form.

The delivery time for products varies according to the requested delivery location, chosen payment method, and availability of the purchased product.
Below is the table with the average delivery time, in business days, which starts to be considered from the approval of the order by the financial institution and by Essencial Organics, after validation of registration data.

São Paulo (interior and coast) = 10 (business days)
South/Southeast and Midwest Regions (capitals) = 10 (business days)
South/Southeast and Midwest Regions (interior and coast) = 10 (business days)
North/Northeast Regions (capitals) = 12 (business days)
North/Northeast Regions (interior and coast) = 14 (business days)
It is important to remember that the delivery time is subject to eventual delays due to external problems, such as: postal strikes, climatic changes, airport traffic, road conditions, and tax requirements in some states due to ICMS Protocol 21.

In case of payment by debit from an account, the delivery time is considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution and Essencial Organics' cadastral analysis. If the transaction is successfully completed, confirmation is made within up to one business day from the transfer.
