This Data Privacy Policy aims to explain how personal data ("data") collected by Natural Rituais Company Comércio e Indústria LTDA., a private legal entity, headquartered in the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro, at Rua Marques de São Vincente, no. 52, Store 218, registered with CNPJ/MF under no. 33.287.360/0001-75 ("Controller or we"), through this website will be processed in accordance with Law no. 13.709/2018 – General Personal Data Protection Law ("LGPD").
Message and Service Integration
We use third-party messaging integrations and APIs to enable the sending, receiving, and managing of messages from service channels (such as WhatsApp and Instagram Direct) within our CRM platform. By providing your contact details (such as phone number, social media ID, or messaging identifier), you consent to such data being processed and stored so that we can carry out communications, service history, segmentation, and support. The personal data provided by Users has its privacy protected by the Controller. This Privacy Policy establishes the rules for the collection, registration, storage, use, sharing, enrichment, and elimination of data collected within the scope of the services and functionalities of the Essencial Organics websites (https://www.essencialorganics.com) in accordance with current laws.

1.12 The User is co-responsible for the confidentiality of their personal data. Sharing passwords and access data violates this Privacy Policy.

3 With whom we share data
3.1 We are part of the Essencial Group, known for its high-quality and high-performance cosmetic products based on Aromatherapy. Data may be shared and communicated to other subsidiaries and affiliates of the Essencial Group, trusted external parties, service providers, authorized resellers and distributors, and business partners, in other countries, who are under specific contractual obligation and may use them exclusively to fulfill the purposes listed above.
4 Your rights regarding your data
4.1 The LGPD gives the User the right to request from the Controller, at any time, through formal request, information regarding the processed data. 4.2 Through the same tool, the User may also exercise their rights as defined in the LGPD, including:
4.2.1 Right of access or confirmation of data existence: right to obtain from the Controller confirmation that their personal data is being processed and information about public and private entities with which the data is shared and, if so, to demand access to it;
4.2.2 Right to rectification: right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of their personal data that the user may consider inaccurate and to complete incomplete information;
4.2.3 Right to anonymization, blocking, or deletion: right to obtain from us the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of their data or unnecessary or excessive data processed in disagreement with the provisions of the LGPD. The Controller must immediately inform third-party processors with whom they have shared data so that they can repeat an identical procedure;
4.2.4 Right to data portability: right to receive the personal data provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another Controller without impediment from the Controller, especially under these conditions: processing is based on consent or a contract and processing is carried out by automated means;

4.3 If the User withdraws their consent for fundamental purposes for the regular functioning of the website: Essencial Organics (https://www.essencialorganics.com) or our reward programs, the services and functionalities may become unavailable.
4.4 If the User does not grant their consent for optional purposes, related to sending information about news, content, and other relevant events for maintaining the relationship, the services and functionalities of the website: Essencial Organics (https://www.essencialorganics.com) will continue to be provided regularly.

10 Legislation and jurisdiction
