The exchange time will depend on where you live, keeping in mind that we rely on the Post Office's delivery times.
The delivery time for products varies according to the requested delivery location, chosen payment method, and availability of the purchased product.
In case of payment by credit card, the delivery period is considered from the confirmation of payment by the card administrator and the release of the order, after Essencial Organics' cadastral analysis.
Bank slip: In case of payment by bank slip, the delivery period is considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution, which takes up to three business days from the payment of the slip.
Online transfer and PIX: If the transaction is successfully completed, confirmation is made within one business day from the transfer. We ask that in these cases, proof of transfer be sent to shop@essencialorganics.com
It is important to remember that the delivery time is subject to possible delays due to external problems, such as: postal strikes, weather changes, airport traffic, road conditions, and tax requirements in some states due to ICMS Protocol 21.
We automatically send the tracking code to you via email, WhatsApp, or text message within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
If you still haven't received the tracking code after this period, you can track your order using the tracking link located in the website footer.

Standard shipping is approximately 3-8 business days. Expedited shipping is approximately 2-3 business days.
Our team needs up to 1 business day, and potentially up to 3 business days, after payment confirmation to separate and prepare the order for shipment.

Some orders may undergo an authenticity verification of the cardholder. All of this is to increase customer security, preventing purchases from being made with cloned cards or without the cardholder's authorization. For purchases made under this modality, the system will automatically generate a bank slip for the user. Bank slips have a payment deadline of 1 calendar day. After payment, the bank may take up to 3 business days to confirm the payment.
