Under the shower, think about what you want to cleanse from your mind and energy. In downward movements, rub the Xô Uruca Soap from your neck to your feet. Rinse your body and visualize all negative thoughts and energies going down the drain. The cleansing has happened, and now you will fill your energetic field with good vibrations. In upward movements, rub the soap from your feet to your neck, intending and visualizing everything good you wish to bring into your life at this moment. Rinse your entire body and pat dry lightly with a towel.
