Delivery Deadlines

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time for products varies according to the requested delivery location, chosen payment method, and availability of the purchased product.
Below is a table with average delivery times, in business days, which starts to be considered from the approval of the order by the financial institution and Essencial Organics, after the validation of the registration data.

São Paulo (capital) = 7 (business days)

São Paulo (countryside and coast) = 10 (business days)
South/Southeast and Central-West Regions (capitals) = 10 (business days)
South/Southeast and Central-West Regions (countryside and coast) = 10 (business days)

North/Northeast Regions (capitals) = 12 (business days)

North/Northeast Regions (countryside and coast) = 14 (business days)

It is important to remember that the delivery time is subject to possible delays due to external problems, such as: postal strikes, weather changes, airport traffic, road conditions, and fiscal requirements in some states due to ICMS Protocol 21.

Credit card:
In case of payment by credit card, the delivery time is considered from the confirmation of payment by the card administrator and release of the order, after cadastral analysis by Essencial Organics.


Bank slip:
In case of payment by bank slip, the delivery time is considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution and cadastral analysis by Essencial Organics.
Confirmation from the financial institution is made within three business days from the payment of the bank slip.


Online transfer:
In case of payment by direct debit, the delivery time is considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution and cadastral analysis by Essencial Organics.
If the transaction is successfully completed, confirmation is made within one business day from the transfer.
