HOW TO USE
Electric diffuser - Add 3 - 5 drops per 100ml of water. Aromatic necklace - Add 1 - 3 drops. Mindful inhalation - Add 1 - 2 drops to the palm of your hand and inhale deeply three times. Massage - Dilute 1 - 4 drops in a carrier oil and apply to the desired area. Foot bath - Add 5 to 10 drops to a basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 15 minutes. Bathtub - Add 5 to 10 drops to a carrier base. Immerse yourself until the water begins to cool. Approximately 20 minutes. Do not use directly on the neck.
