Meanwhile, in downward movements, apply the GOOD ENERGIES from your neck to your feet. Rinse your body and visualize all negative thoughts and energies going down the drain. You have completed the cleansing and now need to fill your energy field with good vibrations. Now, in upward movements, apply the soap from your feet to your neck, intending and visualizing everything you wish to bring into your life at this moment.
