4 MOVIES TO WATCH ON CHILDREN'S DAY
Children's Day is a special date to celebrate the growth, joy, and imagination of little ones. While some families like to celebrate the day with activities outside the home, there are also those who prefer to stay in the comfort of home.
Having a self-care session with the family is a perfect bet for the holiday. Our Mineralizing Mask Facial Mask is great for sensitive skin and ideal for cell renewal and restoring the skin's natural radiance and softness. Combined with a foot soak, using the Breeze of Love Bath Salt, the moment will be relaxing and promote feelings of freedom and empowerment.
To accompany this moment of calm, we've selected some films to recall childhood and teenage memories and to introduce to the new generation:
1. Spirited Away (All Ages)

The anime tells the story of 10-year-old Chihiro and her parents who, on their way to their new city, find a passage to a magical world with supernatural creatures typical of Japanese folklore. In this place, Chihiro's parents are mysteriously transformed into pigs, forcing her to find courage to free her family and escape this world.
Directed by Hayao Miyazaki, this is one of the most successful productions in Japanese cinema. The film won the Oscar in 2003 for Best Animated Feature Film.
Available to stream on Netflix.
2. Lady Bird (14 years)

In her senior year of high school, Christine McPherson (played by Saoirse Ronan) wants to go to college far from Sacramento, California, an idea her mother doesn't approve of. Nevertheless, Lady Bird, as Christine prefers to be called, pursues her plan to leave her hometown, while juggling her obligations at the Catholic high school, her first relationship, and other classic coming-of-age rituals.
The film directed by Greta Gerwig, "Lady Bird," brilliantly portrays the transition to adulthood. Winner of the Golden Globe in the Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy category, it is a perfect work to remember and learn more about the complexities and simplicities of adolescence.
Available on Globo Play and Amazon Prime.
3. The Goonies (12 years)

With the neighborhood buildings at risk of demolition and all residents facing relocation, a group of friends decides to say goodbye to the place when they discover a treasure map that could make them rich and prevent the destruction of their homes. Soon, the Goonies embark on an adventure complete with secret passages and traps.
The film directed by Richard Donner is an 80s classic. It marked a generation of young people and is still referenced in certain films and series today (like Stranger Things).
