HOW TO USE
Electric diffuser - Add 3 - 5 drops per 100ml of water. Aromatic necklace - Add 1 - 3 drops. Conscious inhalation - Add 1 - 2 drops to the palm of your hand and inhale the scent three times. Massage - Dilute 1 - 4 drops in a base oil and apply to the desired area. Foot soak - Add 5 to 10 drops to a basin of warm water. Immerse your feet and remain for 15 minutes. Bathtub - Add 5 to 10 drops to a base oil. Stay immersed until the water begins to cool. Approximately 20 minutes. Do not use above the neck.
