HOW TO USE
Electric diffuser - Add 3 - 5 drops per 100ml of water. Aromatic necklace - Add 1 - 3 drops. Conscious inhalation - Add 1 - 2 drops to the palm of your hand and inhale the aroma three times. Massage - Dilute 1 - 4 drops in a carrier base and apply to the desired area. Foot bath - Add 5 - 10 drops to a warm water immersion container. Soak your feet and remain for 15 minutes. Bathtub - Add 5 - 10 drops to a carrier base. Soak until the water starts to cool. Approximately 20 minutes. Do not use from the neck up.
