Always use the GOOD ENERGY soap from the neck down! Turn on the shower and think about everything you want to eliminate and send away from your energy. Meanwhile, in downward motions, pass the GOOD ENERGY soap from your neck to your feet. Rinse your body and visualize all negative thoughts and energies going down the drain. You have completed the cleansing and now need to fill your energy field with good vibrations. Now, in upward motions, pass the soap from your feet to your neck, intending and visualizing everything you wish to bring into your life at this moment. BATH SALTS
Fill a bathtub with warm water and then pour in the desired amount of bath salt.
