There are many ways to use essential oils: in creams, body oils, massage, baths, compresses, foot baths, clays, inhalations, etc. In room diffusers, porcelain diffusers, electric diffusers, or personal diffusers (necklace). The number of drops varies according to the mode of use. In case of doubt, seek guidance from a qualified professional.
Essential oils are 100% natural substances, extremely volatile and concentrated, extracted from aromatic plants by steam distillation of leaves, flowers, branches, roots, and resins, or by cold pressing of citrus fruits.
Aromatherapy is the art and science of providing well-being for the body, mind, and emotions through the use of essential oils.

Cellulite affects more than 90% of women and its origin is linked to a set of factors, such as: genetic predisposition, hormonal disorders, pregnancy, sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, stress, smoking, and others.
Bitter orange essential oil has a fat-reducing effect, being able to attenuate the effects of cellulite. Attention: do not use bitter orange essential oil directly on the skin! It can be diluted in grape seed vegetable oil – which has a high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids and helps balance the skin's pH.
Cellulite massage oil tip:
-100 ml of grape seed vegetable oil;
-15 drops of bitter orange essential oil;
-15 drops of lemon essential oil;
-07 drops of cypress essential oil;
Massage the region in alternating movements for 10 minutes.
To calm nerves and invigorate: Place 1 drop of Orange essential oil in a personal diffuser (which is a kind of ceramic necklace).
To relax and sleep well: In the bedroom, add 15 drops of Orange essential oil to an electric diffuser 10 minutes before going to bed, and leave it plugged in all night. Make a pillow spray: in a spray bottle, place 90% water and 10% grain alcohol. Add 10 to 20 drops of Orange essential oil, close and shake well before use. Spray the spray on the pillow 5 minutes before going to bed (be careful with white bedding, as due to its yellowish coloration, the oil can stain the fabric). Another option is to drop 1 drop of Orange essential oil on a cotton ball and place it inside the pillowcase. To care for the body - Anti-cellulite massage: in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add 4 drops of Orange essential oil and massage the entire thigh, gluteal, and abdominal region with circular movements, clockwise, from bottom to top, always taking body fluids to the groin area. Apply once a day, preferably at night to avoid sun exposure, for three weeks. Stop for one week and then resume treatment.
- Rejuvenating and skin-lightening facial mask: first prepare the clay, placing 1 tablespoon of white clay in a container, with the same amount of water. Mix well until a homogeneous paste forms. After it's ready, add 1 drop of Orange essential oil and mix well. With the help of a brush or even your fingers, apply the mask all over your face and neck. Leave on for 20 minutes and then remove with a damp gauze. Use sunscreen immediately after application. Use this mask once a week until the spot is lightened. Scientific name: Citrus Aurantium Amara
